屋主買下這個空間時，是一間辦公室，
於是她想要找室內設計師來從新裝潢一番，變成租屋套房。
但因為預算只有30萬，又是獨立的一個案子，因而被許多室內設計師婉拒。
偶然的機會下，她找到 Lo-Fi ，風格師 Shan 答應屋主，
在不打掉收納櫃體的狀態下，以20萬的價格在現有空間做到完整的風格，
並提供完工照片，讓屋主未來可以用專業的照片，在Airbnb平台上獨樹一格。
